Cores for NanoCelle

Nanoparticle delivery systems have had a long and sorted history, with many overpromising and underdelivering.

NanoCelle® differs! NanoCelle® is safe, scalable, and economical.

The science behind NanoCelle® has proven diversity. NanoCelle® offers published and patented capabilities that will improve most compounds.

NanoCelle® is based on micelle technology but differ as they are true nanoparticles with average particle sizes of between 5 nm to 90 nm.

Like micelles, a NanoCelle® consist of an inner hydrophobic core and an outer hydrophilic shell.

The hydrophilic shell (the scaffolding) releases the hydrophobic core (the payload) into the blood but can potentially use other biological triggers.

The preferred route of administration is the oro-buccal membrane - it is here that NanoCelle® bypasses 1st pass metabolism.

First Pass Metabolism (also known as first-pass effect or pre-systemic metabolism) is the phenomenon which occurs whenever the drug is administered orally, enters the liver, and suffers extensive biotransformation to such an extent that the bioavailability is drastically reduced.

TRANSLATION: Swallowing a medicine is slow and not very bioavailable – it’s NOT efficient.

Zeta analysis on NanoCelle

Dr David Rutolo, using beta carotene demonstrates the water solubility properties of NanoCelle®. NOTE the separation in water versus the full dispersion when NanoCelle® is applied.

Depending on the compound(s) previously investigated, will depend on the research and investigation conducted. A significant amount of work went into cannabis as either CBD only or a blend of CBD and THC as historically under Medlab Clinical, the public company we were poised for a new drug application for pain.

Compounds that underwent fundamental research to support patent applications are found here.

Specific compounds of note are listed here:

Each compound of note is very different due to the physical and chemical properties of the compounds in question - but each adds to the NanoCelle® diversity story.
